- Listen on the go! One of the great things about affirmations is that we can sit back, relax, and soak up the positivity. An effective way for busy folks to practice affirmations is to listen to them as you cook, complete household chores, or while you sleep.
- Sticky note surprises. Write down the affirmations you need to hear the most on sticky notes and put them around your home, in your bedroom, and/or even in your car or office. Commit to mindfully reading or repeating them every time you come across one.
- Journaling. Set aside 5 minutes to write down a few affirmations that feel supportive and uplifting to you in the morning. Reread them throughout the day and reflect on how they make you feel.
