Positive Affirmations
Repeating these affirmations is a very powerful way to pursue mindfulness elevation, as you "affirm" your subconscious belief in positive declarations. As you repeat them to yourself over and over, you will begin to draw closer to the true belief and realization that you truly are/have these positive characteristics, and this will strengthen your confidence in the power of your mind. There are few mindfulness techniques more powerful than repeating positive affirmations on a daily basis. If you can, start with once a day, upon wakening, then try repeating them twice a day, and so on as you feel it helping you in your everyday life. This is what is meant by manifesting!
Guided Meditations
Meditation has been used for centuries to achieve a sense of power over the often-wandering mind, in order to recenter oneself and bring a sense of calm and control. Guided meditations are meditations that follow a set theme and allow us to follow along an already created journey, guiding us in the practice of meditation. The more you practice meditation, the better, because, the more you can control your own mind from wandering, the more you can make it think only of the thoughts that help you, not hurt you. Get your mind working for you, not against you, and develop a sense of calm.
